In and Around the Lake...
The team went out for a great 31.7 mile traing ride in my neck of the woods yesterday. The weather was great except for a nasty head wind which, since I was on point for alot of the route, was not digging. We rode out through West Andover, around Haggetts Pond, down through Ballardvale, then out into North Andover, around Lake Cochichewick and finally back down Rte 125 and into Andover. There was a good turn out for this ride: in attendence were Clones Team Captain Joe (Guin-Ass), Eric (GP Ass), Rachel (Buzz-Ass), the first appearence this season by Meng (Red Ass) and Newbie Carol (who BTW did a great job outh there!). What's with the Ass names? Trust me. I'll get to it :)

I feel like I'm starting to get my wind back and my legs seem to not have lost too much go-go juice over the winter. This is good news seeing as my first charity ride of the year, the MS Tour of the Vineyard is coming up this Saturday!
